GRANDEMAR, as the administrator of this website *(hereinafter referred to as ‘Site’), namely www.grandemar.ro, provides you with the following information:
Art. 1. COLLECTED INFORMATION:
Art. 1.1. Through this site, the Operator processes the following categories of personal data:
a) Client representative / potential beneficiary identification data: Name, Email Address;
b) Other information: ‘Message’;
c) Optional data: Company, Address, City, Website, Phone Number.
Art. 2. PURPOSE AND TIMING OF DATA PROCESSING:
Art. 2.1. The purpose of processing the data mentioned above (Art. 1) is to initiate, establish, maintain, or resume the commercial relationship between us, as the Operator, and the legal / natural person (as a potential beneficiary) that you represent through commercial communications made by phone or email.
Art. 2.2. Specifically, the Operator processes personal data to:
a) Request necessary information for the pre-contractual phase in order to access the services/products offered by the Operator;
b) Request information for resuming or maintaining the commercial relationship;
c) Send offers/information/documents personalized upon request;
d) Fulfill legal obligations, if applicable, at the request of competent institutions and authorities, or automatically if the law explicitly provides such obligations;
Art. 2.3. Personal data is processed only after you have been informed about the rights you are entitled to.
Art. 2.4. The initial moment of data processing is when any form on the Site is completed, and the processed data is necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above.
Art. 2.5. By ‘Processing,’ we refer to: collection, recording, storage, consultation, deletion.
Art. 3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING:
Art. 3.1. According to Regulation 679 / April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data, the legal basis for our processing is:
a) Art. 6 Lit. B of the Regulation for processing personal data from Art. 1.1. according to the purposes of 2.2. Letters A, B, and C of this Information;
b) Art. 6. Lit. C of the Regulation for processing personal data from Art. 1.1. according to the purposes of Art. 2.2. Letter D of this Information;
Art. 4. DISSEMINATION/DISCLOSURE:
Art. 4.1. The personal data you provide will not be disseminated, disclosed through transmission, offered, transferred, made available, or marketed to any third party without your consent.
Art. 4.2. The only way your personal data will be shared with third entities without your consent is in the case of fulfilling legal obligations. These will be provided only upon the request of competent authorities/institutions, and automatically, only if the law explicitly obliges us in this regard.
Art. 5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION:
Art. 5.1. When completing any form on this Site and providing the personal data listed in Art. 1 of this Information, you confirm that you have the right to act as a representative for the potential beneficiary of our services/products, or if applicable, you are the potential beneficiary yourself.
Art. 5.2. Furthermore, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old when completing and submitting any form. If you are under 16, please ask your parent, guardian, or curator whether this decision to submit the form information is authorized by them.
Art. 6. Other Rights and Information Regarding Personal Data Processing:
Art. 6.1. Personal data will be stored for a period of 24 months from the date of sending the offer/request for our information/services, which will be extended with the duration of contracts we will execute together with you as a beneficiary.
Art. 6.2. You have the right to find out what kind of data we hold about you as a data subject (if you have this status), you have the right to request correction or deletion of the data or restriction of processing (i.e., to object to the processing of data for the mentioned purposes or part of them), and you have the right to data portability.
Art. 6.3. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been violated.
Art. 6.4. If you do not agree to provide these data, the contact form will not be submitted, respecting your choice as the data subject.
Art. 6.5. There is no automated decision-making process that processes your data to produce legal effects concerning you or significantly affects you. In fact, no automated decision-making process exists for processing your data.
